GEORGE ROUSSOS President
George Roussos is a Partner at Cridlands MB Lawyers. He holds degrees in Economics, Law and Masters of Business Administration. He is a Vincent Fairfax Fellow. He practices in the dispute resolution area, covering commercial matters, trade practices, workers compensation, occupational health and safety and employment law. George has undergone training in negotiation at Harvard Law School and has participated in training on climate change with former US Vice President, Al Gore. Previously George has also been an active member of the Industry Councils of the Chamber of Commerce NT.

JULIE ROSS Director/Vice President
Julie Ross is the Executive Director/Financial Controller of Ross Engineering Pty Ltd and Fluid Power NT Pty Ltd; companies that have been Chamber members for over 35 years and that employ in excess of 50 staff in the Territory. Julie has played an instrumental role in the companies since 1987 and has recently overseen the merger of the Darwin company Engineering Services Pty Ltd into RANms group.
Julie has served on a number of advisory boards and committees to the NT Government and is currently on the Government Procurement Council.
Julie is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, completing the Company Directors course in 2005 and is a member of the NT Executive Committee (2007 – current). Julie has been heavily involved with the Business and Professional Women’s Association for the past 14 years, both on a Territory and National level, serving as Financial Director in the period 2004 to 2007.
Julie is the current chair of the Chamber’s Central Australian Regional Executive Committee, having served on that body since 2006 and as Vice-Chair in 2007/08.

TOM GANLEY Vice President Finance
Tom Ganley is the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for Airport Development Group, owner and operator of Darwin International, Alice Springs and Tennant Creek Airports. Tom has over 18 years experience in aviation holding senior finance, commercial and management positions at Darwin, Alice Springs and Adelaide Airports. Tom is a Director of the Northern Territory Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was previously the Chair of the Darwin Region. He currently represents the Chamber on the Territory Taxation Administration Liaison Committee.

ANDREW WILSON Director
Andrew Wilson is the General Manager of SKYCITY Darwin. In his General Manager’s role Andrew is not only directly responsible for the day to day operations and performance of the SKYCITY Darwin property but also for providing SKYCITY with recommendations for growth and development. Prior to moving to Darwin, Andrew was with the Burswood International Resort Casino in Perth where, over a period of 15 years, he held a series of positions culminating in Chief Operating Officer. Andrew has been involved in the hospitality and casino industry since the early 1970’s. Born and educated in Tasmania, Andrew has a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in accounting and administration and is a graduate of the School of Hospitality Services in Hobart .

BRUCE FADELLI Director
Bruce Fadelli is the Managing Director of Bromavic Properties Pty Ltd, a family company with commercial properties in the Northern Territory. Bruce has a total of 38 years experience across the fields of Surveying, Civil Construction, Property Developments, Transport & Logistics, Tourism, Manufacturing, Retail and International Trade both in Australia, Indonesia and ASEAN. Bruce Fadelli also sits on the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry board and is a former President of the Chamber of Commerce Northern Territory.

MICHAEL HATFIELD Director
Michael Hatfield was born in 1966. Growing up Michael lived in England, Libya, Saudi Arabia and the United States. Michael graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1989. After graduation, Michael started work with Conoco, which merged with ConocoPhillips in 2002. Michael has worked in a variety of technical and management roles in his 20 years with ConocoPhillips in Oklahoma, Louisiana and Texas in the US as well as international assignments in Norway, Indonesia and Australia. Michael received an MBA degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2003.
Michael has been the Darwin Area Manager for ConocoPhillips since May 2007. In his current role, he has responsibility for the Bayu-Undan offshore and Darwin LNG onshore operations, and the support groups for those operations.

MARK SWEET Director
Mark Sweet was born and educated in Adelaide South Australia in 1959 joining the then Telecom Australia in July 1977 as an Apprentice Technician, Telecommunications, before qualifying and proceeding through the Technical Officer ranks. Mark moved to the Northern Territory in May 1989 as a PABX Network Specialist looking after large Corporate and Government PABX Networks. In 1992 Mark became a Senior Project Manager in Telstra looking after large complex Telecommunications projects in the NT and nationally before becoming a qualified Communications Consultant.
With the advent of Telstra Country Wide in the year 2000 Mark moved into the role of Technology Manager for the Northern Territory next moving into a Business Development role. In early 2006 Mark was appointed as Area General Manager for Telstra Country Wide, Northern Territory and still occupies this role. During his almost 20 years in the NT Mark has travelled extensively through the Territory and has had major involvement in many large Telecommunications project beneficial to the NT.

SEAN MAHONEY - Chair, International Business Council
Sean is the Chief Executive of the International College of Advanced Education (ICAE) and Myriad Group Training. Sean is also the NT Director on the National Board of the Australian Council for Private Education and Training (ACPET), the peak body for private training providers. Sean’s interest is in the international education sector, currently Australia’s 4th largest export earner. ICAE has recently obtained Government approval to bring international students into Darwin for an innovative hospitality management programme.

GREG HAIGH - Chair, Manufacturer's Council
Greg is extremely passionate about business and the NT. Greg would like to see recognition by Local Government and Federal Bureaucrats that SME’s are the backbone of the Australian economy. Greg enjoys good fishing, bad golf, dreaming of what can be and putting those dreams and ideas into action. Greg was previously the Managing Director of Air & Gas Systems, and is now the Executive Manager, Technical Services for RANms. Greg is a third generation Darwin businessman. Greg also Chairs the Accrete Training Pty Ltd Board, is a director for RANms and the NT Industry Capability Network and is also a Panel Member for the Reserve Bank of Australia Small Business Finance Advisory Panel.

KEVIN GREY - Chair, Katherine Regional Executive Committee
Kevin Grey is the Owner/Manager of NT Technology, a busy ICT business in Katherine, servicing the Katherine Region. Kevin has been an executive member of the CCNT Katherine for the past five years and Chairperson for the previous two years. Kevin has a strong background in Local Government Management through to Post Graduate Diploma Level and is active in several other forums in Katherine. Kevin is passionate about retaining skills and building the capacity of business in Regional NT.

GREG MARLOW - Chair, Barkly Regional Executive Committee
Greg Marlow is the principal of an accounting practice in Tennant Creek, having arrived from Perth in 1993. Greg has a keen community mind and spirit and is the past president of the Tennant Creek Rotary Club and chairman of the Tennant Creek Catholic Parish Council. Greg has sat on the NT Chamber of Commerce Regional committee since 2004, having served as Chairman for three years. Greg's outside interests include the three r's; reading, running and riding bikes.

DAVID SUTER - Chair, East Arnhem Regional Executive Committee
David has been a resident of Nhulunbuy since 1971. He has memories of playing around the town square before it was even a town square and swimming in local waterholes with his friends. David Suter started Arnhemland Pest Control Pty Ltd in 1986. David is actively involved with the tourist association and historical society, and he has passion and concern for the development of the region. David has held the position of Chamber of Commerce Chair for a couple of terms. David is an active participant in other forums such as Community Reference Groups, Regional Economic Development and is a current member of the Nhulunbuy Town Board.
