From the beginning, the Directors aimed to be the biggest change in Darwin's real estate market each year, driving growth through strategic planning, world-class training, and aggressive marketing. Since then, the company has expanded by acquiring four agencies, growing its portfolio to over 1,300 properties, and increasing its market share to over 20%.
