• All event registration costs must be paid in full at the time of booking
  • If you are unable to attend, a substitute can be nominated to attend in your place at no additional charge
  • All cancellations/substitute details must be in writing and forwarded to [email protected]
  • Cancellations more than 7 working days before the event date: 100% refund
  • Cancellations less than 7 working days before the event date: no refund
  • For Chamber of Commerce NT events, which are free of charge, such as but not, limited to; topical information sessions, business at sunsets, and education sessions the Chamber may require a deposit. All deposits paid will be return upon attendance at such events.
