Workskil Australia offers no-cost recruitment services and ongoing support to help you find and retain motivated employees.  We are a proud provider of Ready to Work, a program that prepares and support individuals who have had contact with the justice system to successfully transition into sustainable employment.\

Each participant in the program receives tailored, one-on-one mentoring and has the opportunity to complete industry-relevant training aligned to your business needs. Importantly, participants are also supported to build their understanding of workplace expectations, behaviours and attitudes, ensuring they are ready to contribute positively from day one.

Completing the Ready to Work program demonstrates a genuine commitment to change. These individuals are motivated, work-ready, and eager for the opportunity to prove themselves, they simply need an employer willing to give them that chance.

From our experience, employers are often pleasantly surprised by the outcomes. Participants with justice backgrounds frequently demonstrate strong loyalty, reliability, and higher retention rates, driven by a genuine appreciation for the opportunity and a commitment to rebuilding their lives.
