The 2012 Alice Springs Customer Service Awards Gala Awards night was on Saturday 31st March 2012.
The awards recognise the positive and hardworking individuals and businesses that provide good customer service for their outstanding efforts. This event highlights the importance of customer service and encourages staff and businesses as a whole to strive to exceed customer expectations. With over 360 nominations received the 2012 Alice Springs Customer Service Awards nearly doubled the number of nominations received in 2011. Each nomination represented testimony to the excellent customer service provided in Alice Springs. The Chamber of Commerce NT congratulates all finalists and winners for 2012.
